• The modern ecological situation promotes increase of morbidity of the population.
  Allopathic drugs are, fundamentally, palliative. Moreover, their long term use is often associated with the risk of side-effects. Thus in relieving a diseased condition, other abnormal physiological and pathological conditions may develop. In other words a drug-induced disease is produced.
• Quite actual is an application of harmless natural remedies and techniques of treatment of the person, one of such remedies are essential oils (in our case - Elixan GmbH, Switzerland).
• Used techniques: TOTAL - baths, massages, internal application, inhalations.
• LOCAL - trays, compresses, applications, drops, syringing. Clinical and laboratory researches were carried out on 147 patients.
• 39 patients with hypertonic illness;
• 25 patients with neurocirculatory distonia;
• 27 patients with nephrolithiasis and dismethbolic nephropathia;
• 33 patients with sinusitis, from them - 29 - antritises;
• 4 patients with fibromyoma uteri - the small sizes (up to 8 weeks);
• 11 patients with endocervicitis, resistant to traditional treatment;
• 7 patients with herpetic an infection and surrounding it is deprived;
• 6 patients with lambliosis;
• 5 patients with purulent wounds.

47,32 % of these patients had infringements of biochemical structure of blood (parameters of cholesterol > 5,2mmol/l are increased; in low density; at 20,7% - infringements of rheological properties of blood).

For treatment of these patients we used such essential oils, as: Citrus Limon, Citrus sinesis Osbeck, Eukalyptus citriodora, Tea Tree - Melaleuca alternitolia, Thymus zygis, Lavandula officinalis Chaix, Ocimum basilicum, Foeniculum vulgare, Juniperus communis, Pelargonium graveolens.

• Besides of the basic disease or a syndrome, which we wanted to affect, improvement of the general condition was marked, passed treatment of accompanying pathology with which we did not allocate in separate group.
• Full recovery has come in 73 cases;
• Obvious clinical improvement has taken place in 44 cases;
• Small positive changes were observed in 27 cases;
• 6 patients were resistant to aromatherapy courses.

Thus, the aromatherapy method has the right to existence in the official medical world as its medical effect in correction of the homeostasis is proved.
