The unfavorable social, economic and ecological situation, which has been reported in Russia during the last 10-15 years, has led to the significant increasing of emotional, informational and ecological pressing, which causes a very harmful effect on a human’s psychic condition and his somatic functions.

This makes the different level’s psychic and “limital” disorders to increase. These are neurotic, somatoform and posttraumatical stress disorders. Also there is a tendency of a specific gravity of the patients with neurotic depressive disorders to increase. In spite of the different psychotherapeutical, acupunctural, homeopathic and other methods of curing such category of patients were offered, antidepressants and tranquillizers take the central place in such patients’ therapy. We know well the side-effects, wich appear after using high doses of a psychopharmacotherapy (PPT). This are the psychical and physical dependence, the myorelaxation, the daily sleepy, the disturbance of a movements’ coordination, the body mass enlargement, the diplopia, the cardiotoxical effect and the others. That’s why it is actual the problem of treating of a complex schemes of curing of the depressive neural disorders with reduction of the antidepressants’ and the tranquillizers’ (Phenazepamum, Amitriptyline, Xanax, Ludiomil) doses by using the differentiated courses of the acupuncture (Auricular points: 55, 34, 130, 51, 82, 100; corporal points: Gi4, Gi11, E36, E40, MC6, TR5, TR8, VB34, VB39, F2, F3, F4, F5, RP6, RP9, T12, T14, T20, T24) and the antihomotoxical therapy (Cerebrum compositum, Traumeel S, Echinacea compositum).

Material and Methods: 63 patients with neurotic disorders were treated, in whom psychical status the asthenodepressive symptoms were dominated (aged 37,4±0,7 years, the disease continuance is 4,3±1,2 years). Were investigated the biochemical and immunological indexes, the electrocardiograms, the reoencephalograms, the Burdon’s test results, the MMPI test results, the unify system of a mental state assessment’s results, the multilevel registration’s of a functional organism state with using the auricular points results, the testing by the method of Voll results. This was done to objective the patients’ state under the complex therapy.

There were a positive dynamic of clinical-psychological, vegetal and immune indexes under the complex therapy. But the psychopharmacotherapy provides not only a good sedative and antidepressive effect, but in the same time it produces a negative effect through multiple side-effects.

The complex therapy including the psychopharmacotherapy, acupuncture, homeopathy, produced a sedative, vegetostabilising, immunomodulising effect, a detoxic action, a strong drainage and vegetotropical action. The myorelaxation, the daily sleepy, the pains in Zacharian-Ged’s zones, the somatotropical and neurotropical effects of the psychopharmacotherapy were decreased.

So, the complex using of the PPT, the acupuncture and the homeopathy have led to the decreasing of PPT’s doses and helped to increase the adaptive reaction’s level, potentiated it’s psychotropical effect.

Resume. The treatment of neurosis disorders by psychopharmacotherapy needs a correction of elicited side-effects in the psychic, somatic and vegetal areas. The antihomotoxical therapy with the use of acupuncture points is an effective method; it has the vegetostabilizational, detoxical, desensibilitical and immunomodulising action.
