Despite of significant progress in development of new medical technologies, wide use of synthetic medicines, the problem of reproductive health as men’s and women’s is one of the most significant for qualitative change of demographic situation in Russia. Genital chronic pathology leads to severe structural changes in tissues, to disturbances of ovarium – menstrual cycle in women, spermatogenesis in men and finally to barreness or tumor growth. This problem was considered to be the precondition to development of qualitatively new improving approaches directed on restoration of reproductive health of men and women in different age and physiological periods of life. The long-term investigations carried out in the Institute have shown ability of regulation of lymphatic region functions of true pelvis organs by means of such methods as lymph-stimulation, lymph-protection, lymph-correction. It is proved that irrespective of nosology in all stages of disease development endotoxicosis takes place in female organism with obligatory involving of lymphatic system and development of a local tissue toxicosis. Female organism with hormonal disturbances and chronic inflammatory processes is in condition of vitamins, microelements, antioxidants dysbalance, besides endotoxicosis. Use of methods of preventive lymphology allows to reduce considerably regional lymphotoxicosis and with that to expand abilities of pathogenetic therapy of both inflammatory and dyshormonal-dystrophic genital diseases. In the Institute methods of lymphotropic actions of curative waters, muds, sorbents of various origin, products from Siberian vegetative raw material, containing polyphenolic complexes, and physiotherapy are developed and applied in experiment, clinic and in sanatorium practice. On this experience series of phytosorbtional biostimulating complexes is created, permitting to raise women health potential due to additional consumption of vital components - food fibbers, bioflavonoids, micro-macronutrients, phytohormones (functional food «Fitotopan», «Lymphovit U», «Lymphovit K», «Lymphovit», «Berezhnik» and «Bereginia», «Lymphovit P» and «Harmony Vita P», «PikSil»).

Except for correction of dietary background, methods of preventive lymphology include complex use of the techniques with detoxication effect - stage-by-stage sorbent therapy, “unloading” of the regional genital lymphatic channel and stimulating of drainage function of the lymph nodes, then physiotherapy and (or) chronoimmunomodulating therapy in the programs of health improvement of women. Physiotherapy includes local techniques with proved effect on the lymphatic system - ultrasound, necessarily with medicines, ultratonotherapy or electrophoresis with medicines. Combined use of sorbent therapy with subsequent carrying out of physioprocedure on the true pelvis organs, chronoimmunomodulating therapy and use of functional foods permits to achieve both lymphoprotective and lymphostimulating effect, strengthening and cumulating effects of action. The offered program and methods of rehabilitation therapy have been introduced and are widely used in sanatoria and resorts of Siberian region and Altai territory.

Such complex of methods of preventive lymphology with use of ecologically pure products is directed on stimulation of own protective forces of female organism and is recommended for health improvement and rehabilitation of women.
