Stimulation of organism protective forces is connected with formation of reserve of nutrients and micronutrients. Natural functional foods have been developed with the purpose of enriching the person’s health resource within the program of population health improvement created in the Institute. Developed functional foods (FF) influence initially through gastroenteric tract and further on cell environment and lymphatic system. Ideology of correcting the essential nutrients deficiency without risk of overfeeding is laid in creation idea of the FF series. Simultaneous deducing of harmful metabolic products, ballast and toxic substances of various origin is achieved due to strengthening of functional activity of lymphatic system. Resulting effect of such FF action develops from sorptional detoxication of the organism internal environment, delivery of essential nutrients in an organism and regulation of metabolism processes.

Detoxication of the internal environment is achieved by multipurpose influence of calculated compound of natural food fibres, which are widely used by dieticians as hemoprotectors for elimination of the expressed deficiency of feed structure. The food fibres enter through intestines and participate in the cycle of bile acids and cholesterol metabolism. The food fibres are suppliers of vital aminoacids and vitamins of group B, they form special matrix which physical and chemical properties define their sorptional, homeostatic and therapeutic functions. Phytocomponent of the FF is presented by specially picked up synergistic herbs. The herbs ratio is calculated according to contributions of contained physiologically significant biologically active micronutrients possessing the certain action on different organs and systems. The functional role of the offered FF consists in cells perfusion. The type of the FF influence on the organism internal environment combines phytosorption and biostimulation.

FF of the series “Lymphovit” are created for protection of cellular function. They possess various nosological orientation: cardiological, urological, gynecological, andrological, antiallergic, sedative, hepatoprotective. The idea of protection and activation of cellular function is laid in the series “Harmony Vita”. FF of the series “Fitopan” contain natural biologically active substances of vegetative and animal origin for correction of feed structure. The FF “Berezhnik” and “Bereginia” have been developed for dietological correction in therapy of support in pretumoral and tumoral processes. The quantitative analysis of the maintenance of essential biologically active substances has been conducted for experimental estimation of efficiency of the phytocomplexes. Informative markers and adjusting mechanisms involving introduced in the internal environment phytohemoprotectors have been revealed. Tissue microregion in its bilaterial interactions with organism environment, blood and lymphatic channels was considered as a target of the FF improving action. Numerous clinical estimations of efficiency of the developed FF have been conducted in hospitals and other medical institutions in view of subjective estimation and objective clinical and laboratory researches. The results of application of ration corrections were estimated in combination with basic therapy.

Application of phytosorptional biostimulating complexes (FBC) as dietological correction results in biological prophylaxis among healthy people and biological regulation in stages of disadaptation and preillness. The FBC action is directed on formation of the capital of health of a person.
