T.E. Belousova TISSUE EFFECTS OF A LOW-FREQUENCY MAGNETOTHERAPY AT HYPERTONIC ANIMALS IN EXPERIMENT

In structure of modern disease among chronic kinds of a pathology hypertonic disease (HD) occupies one of the first places. At an initial hypertensia there is a widespread damage iontransport functions of a plasmatic membrane of cells of various fabrics, infringement membranous regulation, endocellular distribution of calcium and permeability for univalent cations in various cells, change of electric parameters of a plasmatic membrane (membranous potential) excitable and unexcitable cells (Postnov Yu. V., Orlov S.N., 1984,1985). Infringement catechistical an exchange in a myocardium and decrease regenerative properties of fabrics vegetative nervous of ganglion (Shvalev V.N. et all., 1992).

In complex regenerative treatment of patients HD frequently use a low-frequency magnetotherapy (LF МТ). Research of influence of LF МТ on catechistical an exchange and membranous mechanisms will allow to provide selectivity in application of LF МТ for patients with an arterial hypertensia, to reduce development of collateral reactions and to increase efficiency of treatment.

The purpose of research - to study features catechistical an exchange of heart, kidneys, adrenal glands and functions of plasmatic membranous aritrocitious and cinaptosous at hypertensive animals after course influence by a pulsing low-frequency magnetic field. Work is executed on rats with a spontaneous hypertensia (Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats)-SHR (30 animals). As the control served homotensive rats of line Kyoto-Wistar Rats (WKY) (20 animals). Experimental group of animals subjected to total influence of a low-frequency pulsing magnetic field (LF of MT), generated by device “ Magneter “. The rate of influence has made 7-10 days for 20 minutes daily.

Results. The analysis of a condition adroenergy nervous textures of heart, kidneys and adrenal glands has allowed to establish, that under influence of LF of MT there is an increase in parameters of density adroenergy nervous textures in above named bodies. The degree of intensity of a luminescence in nervous textures of kidneys, rich sympathetic therminals, has increased. In an intimate fabric synthesis catechistical, on the contrary, has been limited. This process develops in adrenal glands hyportensive rats that displays features regularative mechanisms at the given animals twice more actively. The received data also testify to the expressed influence of LF MT on electric and iontransport properties of plasmatic membranes of various cells of experimental animals. Depolarizator a plasmatic membrane of the nervous terminations and amplification of absorption of ions of calcium by them after a rate of LF MT at normotensive rats (WKY) testifies to presence of the mechanism of influence on balance of processes in the central nervous system. After increase inside(within)synaptosomous concentration of ions of calcium there is an amplification of liberation of adrenaline, noradrenaline, various albuminous and steroid hormones. The smaller effect of influence LF of MT on synaptosomous rats SHR in comparison with the control specifies that initially neurohormonical the system at hyportensive objects is in a condition of a pressure. The unidirectional influence of LF of MT on electric parameters and various kinds of ionic transport in aritricitious rats of lines WKY and SHR allow to apply this kind of therapy at patients HD by local and segmentary techniques.
