Homeomesoherapy is playing an important role in aesthetic medicine. It is a synthesis of homeopathic method of S.Hanemann, homotoxicologic theory of HH.Reckeweg and mesotherapeutic theory of multiple intradermal drug injections of M. Pistor.

Homeomesoherapy combine both pharmacology action of homeopathic medications and acupuncture effects. Preparations may be injected into a pain area, a pain projection, in acupuncture points (biopuncture), in the place of organ projection, in area of lymphatic nodule (lymphotropic method), in the area of edema and scar, in any required zone for aesthetic use.

On mesotherapeutic application the type of homeopathic drug and an individually, by the doctor selected potency, play the important role in homeopathic use. The quantity of inject is not decisive. Usually for homeomesotherapy syringes of 2-10 ml and 4 mm needles (27g, 30g) are applied. After each procedure treatment with a homeopathic ointment containing Beladonna, Calendula, Traumel S, with analgetic, antiphlogistic and anhydropic actions is recommended.

Lately the method homeomesotherapy has gained a wide popularity in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

At the chair of general pathology and pathophysiology at RPFU local morphofunctional changes of aseptic inflammatory and reactive processes were experimentally investigated in skin at different periods of giving multiple intradermal injections of Cutis Compositum (Heel, Germany).

At the present work it was found that the use of antiphlogistic preparation Cutis Compositum was characterized by complete skin regeneration, decrease in inflammatory manifestations, apoptosis intensity, phagocytosis and tissue effusion with the intensity depended on the method and kind of medicine administration. The results of received experimental findings appear to form the basis of character type in clinical use of medical preparation and variant of mesotherapy.

At the chair of homeopathy of RPFU standard treatment proceedings of age problems, cellulitis, fat belly etc have been developed.
