Spread of HIV-infections, hepatitis С, etc forced a drastic reconsideration in favor of single use and disposal of practically all dental tools.

Since the population is aware about this problem, the patients are developing a fear of a dentist, which undoubtedly causes one of the psychological problems attributed to the dental treatment.

We have developed a method of removing the negative factors respective of different target groups of the patients.

The task of the dental clinic is to provide a complete safety for the patient and remove the negative psychological state, not aggressively, but carefully informing the patient on disposal tools applied for the work in the mouth cavity and directly with blood.

Premedication is aimed at achieving stabilization in the functions of the nervous system due to the use of drugs and to remove the conditions for patient’s inadequate reactions to forthcoming manipulations. It takes an additional time of 15- 25 minutes necessary for achieving the effect.

We often introduce anew patient to the patient that already underwent the treatment in order that the latter could exchange his experience of painless treatment. Together with the patients we go carefully through the whole plan of the treatment, outlining the positive outcome of the treatment. We comprehensively explain each procedure of our operations with an accurate account of the pain barrier of the each procedure.
