ESTIMATION OF BIOLOGICAL EFFICIENCY OF POTABLE WATER «AQUA FORTE» (TERMO) |

The experimental estimation of biological efficiency of the samples of potable water «AQUA FORTE» (TERMO) was carried out. The samples are obtained by means of technological activation of the tap water at the raised temperature by original technique of The Company “Cryonord”. Morphological, functional, biochemical and analytical methods were used in the work.
Rats-males of Wistar line with initial body weight 180-200g and the age of 3-4 months were given water «AQUA FORTE» (TEMPO) within 2 months. Control group of animals were given initial tap water.
Thymus, lymph nodes, mesentery of small intestine were chosen as objects of research, obtained after eutanasia of the animals under Ether narcosis. Morphometric and cytologic research was conducted by methods of light microscopy after histologic processing of the taken material. Revealing of the must cells and microvessels in the mesentery of small intestine was carried out after colouring according to Romanovsky-Gimza by means of light microscopy.
Ratio and distribution according to share contributions of the basic substrata of lipid peroxidation – the free fat acids – was studied by the methods of highly effective gas-liquid chromatography and chromato-mass spectrometry in the tests of the central lymph and blood whey. The free fat acids are capable to act as markers of development of the oxidizing stress leading to infringement of integrity of cellular membranes.
Biochemical researches of the blood whey were carried out for definition of general protein, albumin, urea, creatinine, cholesterol, triglycerides, β-lipoproteids, activity of enzymes AST and ALT.Lifetime flowmetry research of a peripheral capillary blood-groove in a small pillow of foot of the left finiteness of an animal was carried out by means of the serial laser analyzer of a capillary blood-groove.Analysis of profiles of the maintenance of microelements in the tests of blood and the central lymph was conducted by the method of atom-issue spectrometry with arc excitation of spectra.
