Introduction. The 4-modular theory of illnesses developed by us, explains fast growth of a metabolic syndrome in the world as set of biological, social, psychological both ecological factors, and the isolated therapeutic decisions appear inefficient. According to the theory of therapeutically symmetry, and equivalence, effective therapy - the combination of different therapeutically methods, including social, biochemical, psychological and ecological interventions, that is the 4-modular approach can serve only.

The Nobel Winner physiologist Pavlov has developed a method of a combination of a conditioned reflex with unconditional, that caused strong hormonal changes in an organism. The certain sound in an open-air cage for dogs, was accompanied by their feeding. After numerous recurrences, all physiological effects of feeding accompanied reproduction only one sound: allocation of gastric juice, strengthening of movements of intestines and emission of digestive hormones, change of glucose blood. Its follower, the behavioral therapist from Russia, Sergey Sokolovsky, has developed this principle in «CAM”- (Creative Applied Modification) for conversion transition to alternative forms of reaction and behavior. At this technique originally in the standardized conditions (more often, before a night sleep) the technique of deep rest is developed. Under the control of the therapist, the patient studies to connect it with a conditioned reflex: an internal word and the certain image. Subsequently, under the law of reflexes of Pavlov’s, mental reproduction of internal word and image, reflex change and transition to new reaction or behavior, occurs much easier and more quickly on new emotional and mental background and absence of internal resistance. At performance of a technique, for braking an old reflex the patient studies in advance to displace a locus of the control over a situation. Purpose. To define, how additional purpose metavanadatis sodium and chromium oxides (the patents of Russia Nr. 2136288, 1999 y, Nr. 2277918, 2002 y, Author-S.R. Sokolovsky), and technique of «Creative Applied Modification (CAM)”, with concentration on positive clinical creative auto-imagery-S.R. Sokolovsky) influences of a metabolic syndrome in different groups of patients.

Material. We studied efficiency therapy on 51 patients with metabolic syndrome, with the compensated and sub compensated forms. 25 people with standard metabolic syndrome treatment under protocol made the control group.

Methods. Experimental groups - 26 people whom additionally was appointed sodium metavanadatis in a daily doze 0,0125-0,25 mg \kg, chromium oxides 0,35 mg/kg/daily and also trained 15 min in emotional self-checking and recognition various errors in illness, with the purpose re-structuring and self-correction throw technique «CAM».

Results. In group with metavanadatis sodium, chromium oxides and health behavior intervention «CAM», within 20 days -significant improvement of a subjective condition under tests psychometric, decrease accompanying neurotizmus, anxiety and depression (till 8-10 points), smaller number exacerbated is fixed (in 1,5 times), early normalization of glucose and triglycerides blood, PB, a normal level of HbA1c, successful lose weight. Adherence to healthy style of a life, and a health behavior was much more (on Questionnaires, in points).

Conclusions. The method “CAM©” is suitable for behavioral health interventions for GP and allied heals professionals, together with nutritional supplements salts of vanadium and chromium-gives preventive effect for metabolic syndrome.
