Actuality of the problem is caused by high level of disease of toxic and alcoholic hepatitis’s. The hepatitis during pregnancy promotes development of complications, increase perinatal and maternal mortality. «The gold standard» in treatment of hepatitis’s during the pregnancy is a pharmacopeias hepatoprotective drug “Essentsiale” – this is a complex of «essential» phospholipids and vitamins which promotes activation and protection of phospholipids ferment systems and brakes formation of connective tissue in liver.

At structural research of a liver and regional hepatic lymph nodes in experiment on females of rats and their posterity it is revealed that taking of “Essentsiale” during the pregnancy complicated by a hepatitis, causes in a liver – the intensification of blood and lymph kinesis, in lymph nodes promotes the activation of lymphoproliferative processes.

In the spent research, the animals before the pregnancy created model of a toxic hepatitis by combined influence of industrial ecotoxin factors - tetrachlormethane and 5 % alcohol. Using of “Essentsiale” at the pregnancy complicated by a hepatitis promotes development «metabolic lymph stimulation» (expansion of periportal spaces it is small in a liver) at level of tissue microregion that provides the accelerated restoration of body. Similar changes are revealed in a liver of posterity from this group of animals. Calculation of perinatal losses has revealed that under the correction of “Essentsiale” at rats-females is marked checks out the most high postimplantation embryonic mortality, that depends not only from transferred toxic effect, but and additional, it exogenous receipt in organism of any xenobiotics, including a medical drug of “Essentsiale.

In addition, for correction of these changes and a toxic hepatitis at pregnant women the phytospecies of “PikSil”. That is complex of bioflavonoids of medicinal plants: flowers of chamomile, balm, hips, grass of st.- john’s-wort and turn, sheets of bearberry and birch, fruits of fennel. The phytopreparation was used as monotherapy and in a combination with “Essentsiale”.

Introduction of a phytospecies of “PikSil” at the pregnancy complicated by a hepatitis renders expressed hepatoprotective and lymph correction actions, promotes restoration of structural mutual relations in lymph nodes, a liver at a matter and, especially, at posterity. This data testifies that under the reception of a phytopreparation of “PikSil” develops lymphodynamic effect and the drainage interstitial spaces at level of microregion of a liver is accelerated. Thus, combined introduction of “Essentsiale” and a phytopreparation of “PikSil” renders lymph correction action on hepatic lymph nodes and tissue microdistrict of a liver at the expense of activation of mechanisms metabolic and dynamic lymphstimulation. It is revealed at research of perinatal losses in animals, what the most low postimplantation and general embrionic mortality - in groups of pregnant females with toxic hepatitis on background of monotherapy of phytopreparate “ PikSil” and combined correction with “Essentsiale”, what is also caused and additional activation of microcirculatory of placenta (high concentration of bioflavonoids), improvement of uterine-placentary blood circulation, and also decrease of endogenic intoxication, developed on background of liver injury.

Results of work allow auxiliary therapy at women, suffering with toxic hepatitis, to expand circuits in condition rehabilitation branches and sanatorium-resort establishments, to use phytopreparate “PikSil” as far as auxiliary therapy at pregnancy, complicated with chronic hepatitis.
