RESEARCH OF VASCULAR CHANNEL OF GENITALS IN AGE ASPECT AND SUBSTANTIATION OF USING METHODS PREVENTING AGING |
| Scientific Research Institute of Clinical and Experimental Lymphology, Novosibirsk State University, Novosibirsk, Russia |
Studying of processes of aging of female organism and search of prevention in connection with increase of proportion of elderly women are actual. Features of aging of female organism are concluded in fall of level of sex hormones after exhaustion of ovarian follicular, hormonal function of which depends from blood supply and lymphatic drainage. Lymphatic system is а basic collector of interstitial liquid, and they result frustrations of microcirculation, connected with age or physiological features, to change of structure of lymphatic channel in interstices of uterus and ovaries. Thus, research of character of structural reorganization of a lymphatic part of microcirculation is actual. In recent years for differentiation of blood and lymphatic capillaries is used a ferment histochemistry - double histochemical colorings with definition in tissues nonspecific alkaline phosphatases and 5,-nucleotidase (Kato S. , 1997-2003). Differentiation and morphometric studies were conducted on experimental animals, object - submucous layer of myometrium and ovaries, it is used in experiment 120 female rats of line Vistar of several age groups. In groups with application of methods preventing aging – before the pregnancy rats received phytospecies “ Garmonia Sil “ and irradiation of area of projection of thymus and of ovaries the Extremely-High-Frequency (EHF)- therapy. Extremely-High-Frequency (EHF) -therapy is a therapeutic application of the electro-magnetic waves in the millimeter range. It is revealed on datum of histochemical analysis that at animals of active reproduction age absolute area of blood microvessels above lymphatic prevails (474, 4 ± 4, 21 in contrast with 116, 63 ± 3, 97) in submucous layer of uterus, given tendency is kept during pregnancy. In period of fading of reproductive function more expressed changes are undergone by lymphatic channel, particularly in myometrium. Consequently, with advancing age in genitals occurs deterioration of microcirculation, what results to alteration of interstitial humoral transport and lymphatic drainage of tissues, in intracellular space products of lipid peroxidation are accumulated and processes of oxidizing tissue damage started. In groups with correction was used the phytospecies “Garmonia Sil”, consisting of medicinal plants with high concentration of bioflavonoid and lyophilized caviar sea urchin. Leaded revealed morphometrical and histochemical observations, what on background of reception of this complex, normalization of permeability of walls of lymphatic capillaries of tissues of genitals and stimulation of metabolic activity of lymphocytes in all age groups occur, strengthened drainage – detoxics functions of lymphatic system, what promotes the restoration and preservation structural integration of tissues. On background of irradiation of animals of EHF- therapy increase of absolute area of blood microvessels is revealed, mainly, in the field projection of ovaries also at animal all age groups.
Such image, the changes of blood and lymphatic vessels of microcirculatory channel of tissues of genitals on background of complex use of phytospecies - superconcentrators on bioflavonoids and Extremely-High-Frequency (EHF)- therapy to improve tropism of tissues and drainage of interstitial space at old animals, what allows to attribute given methods regenerative medicine as methods preventing aging.
