The work is devoted to the study of the structure of superficial cervical lymph nodes (regional for the maxilla and mandibula bones, palate and gums) and mesenteric lymph nodes (for the small intestine lymph region state estimation), also small intestine, capillary blood flow in the gum under dentition defect and correction by phyto preparation “Harmony Vita G”.

The upper (coronal) part of incisors of maxilla and mandibula bones has been extracted from the animals. Since the rats’ incisors have got self-regeneration ability, their extraction was carried out every two weeks during 2 months period (at the age from 4 to 6 months). Periodicity of the extraction kept the incisors from regeneration. The last two weeks of the experiment the animals were in the dormant state. The following experimental groups of the animals were involved in the study: 1. intact group, 2. animals with the dentition defect, 3. animals with dentition defect in phyto-correction environment. The phyto preparation “Harmony Vita G” was added during correction procedure to the standard dietary intake of the vivarium (daily dose 10mg for 100gr of the animal’ body weight) two weeks before the end of the experiment. The content of the phyto preparation includes complex of dietary fibers (bran) and medical herbs (sanguinary, Siberian fir).

The study has demonstrated that structural-functional conversion in the lymph region of the animal’s gum under the dentition defect formation occurs by the six months age. The conversion process became evident by the increasing of the blood flow in the gum (two times increase of the perfusion) and lymph flow (enlargement of the marginal sinus) to the regional (cervical) lymph nodes, change of their structural-functional organization from fragmentation to intermediate type and activation of the lymph proliferative function (increase of the primary and secondary lymphoid nodes area – for 52%, increase of the lymphoblasts, cells at the mitosis).

Typical conversion, expressed in the small intestine wall structure change (decrease of the muscular tunic area, the inter-epithelial lymphocyte number for 50%, plasmatic cells and macrophages in the mucous tunic) and weakening of the drainage function of the mesenteric lymph nodes (compact type of the structural-functional organization, the decrease of the medullar sinus area, edema and decondensation of the paracortical zone with increase of the macrophages and reticular cells number) have been found out in the lymph region of the small intestine. The conversion took place during dentition defect formation against ednotoxicosis resulted from the lipids peroxidation.

Enteral use of the phyto preparation “Harmony Vita G” on dentition defect formation, favoring the activation of the antioxidant processes, results in regeneration of the blood flow in the gum (2,4 times increase of the capillaries’ myogenic activity in flowmetry) and lymph drainage activation in the gum’s lymph region that is exhibited in the increase of the medullar substance area in the superficial cervical lymph nodes ( at the expense of the medullar taenia and medullar sinus), B-dependent zone area and the number of mature plasmatic cells. The use of the phyto preparation bares the lymph corregating influence on the structural-functional organization of the small intestine lymph region, forwarding the small intestine wall structure regeneration, mesenteric lymph nodes transporting function activation (increase of the marginal and medullar sinus area for 72%, medullar taenias and the number of small lymphocytes in them against the decrease of the T-dependent zone area).

Thus, the use of the phyto preparation “Harmony Vita G” under dentition defect formation, decreases the degree of the organism endogenous intoxication, caused by constant dysfunction of food chewing by activating the lymph detoxification process.
