The starting point for this discovery was the book of Peter Batmaev named “Basics of Tibetan medical science JUD-SHI”, 1903. Let’s consider how Tibetan medical science handles development of embryo’s sex. According to JUD-SHI up to the first week of pregnancy outer sexual organs of human embryos have the prevailing appearance of females’. On the 3^rd week of pregnancy the development of sex takes place. On the 4^th week of pregnancy the final development of sex takes place. Also on the 4^th week of pregnancy first assumptive signs of pregnancy appear, such as vomiting, swelling of nipples, heaviness of the uterus etc. On the 12^th week of pregnancy the sex distinction of the fetus is finally established. On one hand, Tibetan medical science explains development of distinct sex of embryo by physical state of the woman at the day of conception i.e. good or bad health condition.

On the other hand, Tibetan medical science claims that development of male or female sex of the embryo happens according to outer factors affecting a woman on the 3^rd week of pregnancy.

Tibetan medical science does not hold any of those two factors as major, because in certain conditions any of them can be determinant.

Considering birth of children with congenital ailment of hermaphroditism Tibetan medical science claims that it happens because of equal amount of sperm and menstruation blood which leads to equal development of male and female sex features, i.e. hermaphroditism.

I reckon that the true cause of emergence of congenital hermaphroditism ailment is in mistaken emotional setting of the pregnant woman towards the opposite sex of the fetus starting from the 4th week of pregnancy when the sex is already developed on the 3^rd week according to natural factors.

When a woman on the 4^th week of pregnancy develops first assumptive signs of pregnancy (vomiting, nipples swelling, heaviness of the uterus etc.) she comes to a conclusion that she is pregnant and creates emotional setting towards certain sex of the fetus.

But because the process of sex development already happened on the 3^rd week and can be determined starting from the 4^th week of the pregnancy, if emotional setting mismatch already developed according to natural factors sex then incompatibility of sexes will happen in the fetus which will lead to layering of different sexes and their parallel development. Because of this the woman will give birth to a child of neutral sex -HERMAPHRODITE.

Mismatch of emotional setting and developed sex after 12^th week will not lead to that crucial impact of fetus development, because final development of distinguished sex happens on the 12^th week.

But it will have a negative impact on the mind of fetus and after birth on the mind of a child and later on the mind of an adult. On the one hand a child will have naturally developed sex and on the other hand a child will have a dominating opposite emotional setting. In the childhood it will lead to inappropriate to this sex manifestations and aptitudes and in the adulthood it will lead to transsexuality.

Humans as well as all species of animal world goes through the evolution over the spiral, and in some point in time has passed through the lower stage of development when hermaphroditism and spontaneous change of sex for the creature prior to human was normal. Modern woman kept this ability to impact the sex of the fetus on the subconscious level and at certain conditions manifests it. When she thinks on the subconscious level of the sex of a future baby she triggers those hidden means of influencing the sex of the fetus without even knowing of it.

The result of emotional impact of the pregnant woman on the fetus will be:

1. Complete change of sex to the opposite with high emotional impact from the first and especially from the third week of pregnancy.
2. Hermaphrodite – when emotional impact of the pregnant woman on the fetus with developed according to natural factor sex does not match and when emotional impact is not strong enough from the 3^rd to the 12^th weeks of pregnancy.
3. Transsexual - when emotional impact of the pregnant woman on the fetus with developed according to natural factor sex does not match after 12^th week of pregnancy. There is a risk of emotional influence on the development of sex of the fetus from the first and especially from the third to 12^th weeks of pregnancy. And there is a risk of emotional influence on the mind of fetus from 12^th week to the 9^th month of pregnancy.

The task of public health care services is to correctly determine the sex of the fetus on early stages of pregnancy and correctly direct the pregnant woman to that sex and also to widely spread this information on sex development among public. The remarkable contribution of the JUD-SHI medical science is that it has discovered the fact of influence of emotional impact on the development of the sex in the human fetus long before official western science, more than thousand years before.
