The main peculiarity of hepatitis CVis its genetic variability, frank ability to idiovariation. Six basic idiotypes of hepatitis C virus are known. However, owing to mutational activity of the virus, there may exist about forty subspecies of HCV in the human body. Man`s immune system is not able to regulate the output of necessary antisubstances – while there generated antisubstances for certain viruses – at the same time their descendants with different antigenic features are produced. Prevalence of hepatitis C in developed countries amounts to 2%. The number of people infected by hepatitis C all over the world may come up to 500 million.
The first estimation, which is usually advised to make for diacrisis of hepatitis C – is identification if antisubstances for hepatitis C (anti-HCV). This estimation diagnoses only the fact of contamination at the moment or in the past. This estimation can give false-positive (estimation is assertive, but there is no contamination) and false-negative results (estimation is negative, but there is actually an infection), for a variety of reasons. PCRdiacrisis permits to identify RNK of hepatitis C virus in blood. Results of PCR-diacrisis can be also false in many cases.
International researches and clinical practice have witnessed that nowadays the most active combination is the one of two mounts – interferon-alfa and ribavirin. Unfortunately, the strength of treatment is 40-80%. This treatment is expensive (6600-30000$ a year), time duration of the curing is 12 months. Treatment is badly endured by patients, complications may occur and it has contraindications. Inveterate hepatitis C forges ahead among reasons indicated the liver transplantation and mortality is still high because of after-effects.
There are 43 patients with hepatitis C under our supervision, they passed diacrisis and treatment in author’s modification of survey method of electric conductivity dynamics (EC) in biologically active sites (BAS) and treatment with a power-informative remedy with particularly selected power-informative features (1999-2010). Mainly there applied the sick that had been treated ineffectively in in-patient clinic (27) with negative dynamics. Coincidence of clinic diagnostic and testing results is equal to 86,2%, positive dynamics in liver - 11,5%, without dynamics - 2,3%, breakdown - 0%, side effects are 0%.
Author`s modification of survey method of dynamics of EC BAS, involving complex “UPRANA-Pro is basically advanced means of detection of hepatitis С, estimation of its various idiotypes and subtypes, and also for individual selection of power-informative (quantum-undular) properties, which are used in the course of compounding of a remedy. Exactness of diacrisis and effectiveness of treatment is higher than modern methods, used in academic medicine have. Side effects aren`t registered.
May be it is hard to believe in, but easy to check and make sure.
The report will include the scheme display of author’s modification of power-informative diacrisis and therapy of hepatitis C various idiotypes and selection of curative characteristics for curing involving hardware-software complex “UPRANA-Pro”.
