THE ULTRASTRUCTURAL ORGANIZATION MICROCIRCULATION CHANNELS OF A GUM IN CONDITIONS OF EXPERIMENTAL IMPLANTATION OF NICKELIDE TITANIUM

The estimation of ultrastructural changes of gingival trough is extremely important for clinic. Development of clinical symptoms of an inconsistency depends on them implantat. In the analysis of ultrastructural changes the way to exact diagnostics and a choice of optimum methods of preventive maintenance and pathogenetic therapy lays.

White rats of breed Wistar have been taken for experiment. Animals have been divided on two groups: 1 – clinically healthy animals (control); 2 – animals with implantation the nickelide titanium ТN-10. In each group was not less than 10 animals. For modelling implantation by a spherical pine forest formed to implantat bed in the field of an alveolar shoot molar tooth of the mandibular bone then entered the sample of an alloy the nickelide titanium ТN-10. An operational wound took in.

Experimental implantation the nickelide titan in lymphoregion causes essential changes endotheoliocytes of blood capillaries of a gum. Till 14 day after implantation in endotheoliocytes of blood capillaries of gums of animals with implantation the nickelide titan it is observed: 1) increase in volume mitochondrions and their superficial density of an external membrane at constant (or lowered) superficial density of an internal membrane. Observable swelling mitochondrions of endotheoliocytes is a structural attribute of decrease in their functional activity; 2) increase of numerical density of the attached (free) ribosomes that is an attribute of restoration cells cytoskeleton and their decrease external secretion activity; 3) the volumetric density of total micropinocytotic vacuoles decreases on 24,03 %. It testifies to decrease of mass transfer through a side of a blood capillary. The volumetric density of cytoplasmatic vacuoles has decreased in 2 times, and volumetric density of luminal luminal micropinocytotic vacuoles has increased for 72,8% in comparison with the control. Similar changes testify that transport processes are carried out mainly from a gleam of a capillary into interstice.

After implantation (30, 60 and 120 days) the majority morphometric parameters of the ultrastructural organization of endotheoliocytes of blood capillaries of a gum has no statistically significant differences from corresponding parameters of control group of animals.

We consider, that on early terms after implantation the reason of ultrastructural changes of endotheoliocytes is connected with increase of functional loading on system of microcirculation system of a gum.
